A Simple Ice Cream Making Activity Idea

 

Prebiotic Chocolate Ice Cream Making

Ingredients:
• 360 gr of Toblerone chocolate

• 200 ml of water

• a pinch of salt

• 1 dessert spoon of tapioca flour


Note: tapioca flour can be added based on your taste


Cooking time: 20 minutes


How to make:

• Boil the chocolate and then add the salt.

• Add the tapioca flour with a little bit of water (use room temperature water)

• Pour the tapioca liquid into the boiling chocolate.

• Stirr it evenly until the consistency of the chocolate liquid is thicker.

• Let it cool down.

• Put it in a container to freeze.

• Ready to be served.
